For best results, we recommend choosing a close-up portrait, ensuring optimal use of space and maximum detail within the crystal.

Display & Care Instructions

Place your crystal in a secure, stable area away from edges or high-traffic spots. For optimal display, use a dark and uniform background to enhance the engraving’s contrast and visibility. Pairing your piece with an LED light base will illuminate every detail of the 3D engraving, showcasing its full brilliance.

We offer a couple of shipping methods to support different needs, the expected delivery date of each method will be shown before you confirm the order.

Return Policy

We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your crystal. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.

In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.

If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.
